As part of the Packaging Talks, conference, organized by the Packaging Cluster, our General Manager Pere Joan Valls participated in a round table focused on the challenges of managing a family business.
Moderated by Ricard Agustín (Family Business Solutions), the session included the participation of top-level managers such as Vanesa Martinez (CARINSA) and Maria Ruz (Lengdor), with whom we shared perspectives on the sustainability of intergenerational leadership, governance models for companies with a family structure or adaptation to global markets while maintaining the corporate essence.
From Pere Valls with almost 500 years of business history and twelve generations at the helm, we shared our vision on intergenerational management, succession processes in the management field and continuous organizational adaptation to maintain competitiveness in an industrial environment in constant evolution such as the paper sector.
